These terms govern your use of Circuits Calendar and Circuits+.

1. Service
Circuits Calendar provides race schedules, widgets, notifications, standings, and related app features.
Circuits+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription for premium widgets and related features.
2. Subscription
Circuits+ is billed yearly through your Apple ID as an auto-renewing subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
3. Free and Paid Access
Some features are available without a subscription.
Premium widgets and related features require an active Circuits+ subscription.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, premium features may stop after the paid period ends.
4. Content and Accuracy
Circuits Calendar displays schedules, standings, session times, and related information from publicly available data.
We aim to keep information accurate and timely, but we cannot guarantee it will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Schedules, standings, session times, and related data can change.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, disrupt its operation, or access features or data in unauthorized ways.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, design, branding, interface, and original content belong to Circuits Calendar unless stated otherwise.
Circuits Calendar is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Formula 1, the FIA, any race team, driver, or championship organizer.
7. Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the app or subscription features at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app, widgets, notifications, or subscription features.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circuits Calendar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for loss, damage, or inconvenience from using the app, including inaccurate or delayed schedules, timings, standings, or notifications.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time.
Subscription cancellation is handled through Apple’s subscription system.
These terms still apply to any use of the app before termination or cancellation.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
If we make changes, the updated version will be available on our published Terms & Privacy page.
